We believe that barbecue is more than just food—it’s about bringing people together. At Pop’s BBQ, we focus on simple, authentic smoked meats prepared with care and served with Southern hospitality.

From backyard gatherings to special events, our goal is to create meals that feel like home and memories that last a lifetime. Currently serving Star, Idaho and surrounding communities through catering, special orders, and pop-up events, with a permanent location coming soon.
